Industrial Floor Cleaning & Restoration
Vinyl, tile, stone and timber: buffing, scrubbing and polishing. On industrial floors that means degreasing and preparing a substrate properly: at Stagecoach Oxford, 1,200m² of hangar floor steam cleaned with the Tensid Torik stone cleaning system before a two-pack epoxy resin coating went down with hazard areas marked out.
Deep Cleaning
The areas a regular clean never reaches: high-touch surfaces, ventilation, behind and under fixed furniture, and the hard-to-reach spots that only get done when someone is specifically tasked with them.
Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning
Steam cleaning and hot water extraction to lift dirt, staining and allergens out of fabric rather than off the surface of it.
High-Level Cleaning
Cleaning at height, including with vacuum systems. The perimeter walls of the Stagecoach maintenance hangars were deep cleaned using a sky vac system to remove dirt and debris before redecoration.
Graffiti Removal
Removal from brick, render, metal and painted surfaces. It is a common and recurring problem on the managed sites we look after, and it gets worse the longer it is left.
Post-Flood & Post-Incident Cleaning
Strip-out, drying and decontamination after water damage. At Square on the Square a three-week drying programme with heating fans and industrial dehumidifiers ran until a certificate of dryness was produced. We also handle trauma and biohazard cleaning, discreetly and with the right equipment.

On a floor that is being coated, cleaning is preparation, not an end in itself. Degreasing before an epoxy system is what stops the coating lifting in a year.

Do you clean at height?
Yes. The hangar perimeter walls at Stagecoach were cleaned using a sky vac system, which removes dirt and debris at height without scaffolding the whole elevation.
Do you remove graffiti?
Yes, from brick, render, metal and painted surfaces. It is a common issue on managed sites and worth dealing with quickly, because graffiti tends to attract more graffiti.
Do you do trauma or post-incident cleaning?
Yes. Discreetly, with the right equipment, and without making a difficult situation harder. Call the office and we will deal with it quietly.
