Airwaves Facilities Management has been trading since March 2017 and now employs more than fifty people. We are based in Berkswell, West Midlands, and provide repairs and maintenance for commercial and industrial properties across the UK. We aim to achieve outstanding results based on our values: working in an open and transparent way, creating strong partnerships with our customers, and providing a first-class customer service.

How we deliver

Meeting your service standards

When we work with a new customer, we agree on the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that matter most to you and your business. We monitor these KPIs as part of our regular reporting and share the results with you, and hold regular quality reviews to proactively seek feedback on how our services are delivered.

A highly trained and experienced team

We provide only experienced and highly trained operatives across all our FM services. All our staff receive regular training and refresher programmes so they are fully aware of health and safety risks, and to support them in delivering excellent customer service. Our team also receive first aid and safeguarding training.

Investing in our systems and technology

Investing in technology and our systems is a perfect way of enabling our clients to see, direct from site, the information they require. All of our staff teams have mobile devices and tablets to enable the sharing of this information directly.

Supporting a growing chartered surveyor business

The Alexander Faulkner Partnership are Chartered Surveyors, specialising in block and estate management, managing more than 25,000 units across the south of England and the Midlands. We provide all site management and cleaning services, including floor cleaning, hygienic cleaning, damp cleaning and tidying, supplying all required machinery and equipment, delivered to a specific set of KPIs.

Cleaning services for the UK's leading property service provider

FirstPort is the UK’s leading residential property service provider, caring for 310,000 homes in England, Wales and Scotland. We have worked with FirstPort for several years, delivering cleaning services within their occupied retirement properties, introducing specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements and communicating twice per day to develop safe methods of working.
