Apartment 3 Square on the Square, Flood Repairs

Failure of communal storm drains resulted in the basement bedroom of a 1 bedroom apartment in the Jewellery Quarter flooding, causing significant damage to all internal spaces.

Airwaves FM mobilised to remove internal fixtures ahead of a 3 week drying programme, with heating fans and industrial dehumidifiers placed on site. Once a certificate of dryness was produced, Airwaves FM fully renovated the internal space, renewing all plasterboard, skirting & architrave and internal doors.

The wardrobe was also fully rebuilt to match the existing flood damaged installation. A new herringbone floor was installed throughout the property and the area redecorated as per the client’s specification.
