Who we are

This website is run by Airwaves Facilities Management Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 10696183, trading as Airwaves Facilities Management. What we collect, and why

Enquiries

When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and your message. We use them to answer your enquiry and, if it leads to work, to quote for and deliver it. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or steps you ask us to take before entering a contract.

The form is processed by Web3Forms, which passes the message to our inbox. We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any contract that follows.

If you email or phone us directly, the same applies to what you send.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to see how the site is used: which pages are visited, how people arrive and whether the contact form is used. It sets cookies only if you choose Accept on the cookie banner. Until then, and if you choose Reject, no analytics cookies are set and Google receives only cookieless signals that do not identify you. Advertising features are switched off.

Google processes this data on our behalf and may transfer it outside the UK under its standard contractual safeguards. You can change your choice at any time with the cookie settings link, which also sits in the footer of every page.

Cookies

With your consent, Google Analytics sets cookies whose names start with _ga, which last up to two years. We also store your cookie choice in your browser's local storage so we do not ask on every page. The site sets no other cookies of its own.

Who else sees your data

Only the processors named above (Web3Forms and Google), our hosting provider, and anyone we are legally required to share it with. We do not sell personal data or use it for marketing lists.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict its use. Email info@airwavesfm.co.uk and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
