Finding where water is actually getting in, which is rarely where it appears inside. Cracked or slipped tiles, failed flashings, blocked outlets and weather damage.

Roof Surveys & Drone Surveys

A full condition report without scaffolding, access equipment or anyone stepping onto a roof whose condition is the thing in question. Faster to arrange, cheaper than access equipment, and it gives you images you can put in front of a board or an insurer.

Planned Roof Maintenance

Clearing gutters, outlets and valleys, checking flashings and fixings, and dealing with small failures before they become a wet ceiling. The cheapest roofing work there is, and the most commonly skipped.

Flat Roof Repair & Renewal

Repair and replacement of flat roof coverings, including outlets and upstands, which is where most commercial roof failures actually happen.

Water travels. The stain on the ceiling is where it lands, not where it got in, and chasing the stain is how a roof gets patched three times and still leaks.
We can survey without setting foot on it

Drone surveys give you a full condition report with no scaffolding, no cherry picker and nobody walking a roof that may not be safe to walk. You get images and a report; you do not get an access bill before you even know what is wrong.
Access planned before anyone goes up

Roof work is work at height, and the regulations require it to be avoided where the job can reasonably be done another way, and properly planned and protected where it cannot. Access and edge protection are decided at survey, not on the morning.
Make safe, then repair

On storm damage the first job is removing the risk: to the building, to anyone underneath, and to whatever the weather does next. The permanent repair is planned properly rather than rushed in the dark.
We repair what the leak damaged

Ceilings, plasterboard, decoration. Plastering and decorating come through us too, so a roof repair can run through to a finished room rather than ending at the ceiling.

Scaffolding up and down in a day, for mydentist

Storm damage had let water into one of their surgeries. We inspected, repaired the defective roof areas, damp sealed the vulnerable sections and checked the lot, with the scaffolding erected and completely removed the same day, so the practice lost a day rather than a week.

Our roof is leaking. How fast can you come?

We take call-outs 24 hours a day and aim to respond within four hours. On storm damage the first visit is about making it safe; the permanent repair gets planned properly afterwards.

Can you survey our roof before we commit to anything?

Yes, and we can do it by drone: a full condition report without scaffolding, access equipment or anyone walking on the roof. You get images and a written report, which is usually what a managing agent or insurer wants to see before approving the work.

How do you find a leak?

By working out where water is entering rather than where it is appearing. Water runs along timbers and finds the lowest point, so the visible damage is often well away from the defect. Getting that wrong is why a roof gets patched three times and still leaks.

Do you do flat roofs as well as pitched?

Yes. Pitched, flat and green roofs, for repair, maintenance and full replacement, in whatever system the roof calls for. We are not tied to a single manufacturer, so we specify what suits the building rather than what we are approved to fit.

Do you guarantee the work?

Yes, we guarantee our workmanship. We are not a manufacturer-approved installer for any particular system, so if you need a manufacturer-backed product warranty on a specific system, say so at the quote stage and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right people for it.

Will you sort the damage inside too?

Yes. Plastering, carpentry and decorating come through us as well, so a roof repair can run through to a repaired and redecorated ceiling under one contract.

Can you show us a roof you have done?

Yes. We repaired storm damage for mydentist after water got into one of their surgeries, with the scaffolding up and removed the same day. Ask and we will arrange further references.
