Lidl Exeter: Ducting Works

Working in tandem with our client’s electricians, Airwaves FM were tasked with assisting with preparation and finishing of ducting works. The groundworks team cut a 75lm channel in the main concourse of the distribution centre, using a diamond blade channel cutter.

Once our client had installed their ducting, the area was infilled with C40 cement and A142 12mm rebate bars to accommodate frequent HGV traffic. Surface mounted terminals for earthing grounding points were protected with pre-fabricated checker plate.

In addition to the groundworks, 30 x 21450kg concrete jersey barriers were delivered to site. On completion, the entire area was pressure washed.
